I had another look at Users > Roles.
The Administrator is still greyed out and it says "This role cannot be edited or deleted." - I presume that to mean maximum editing capabilities for all users with the Administrator Role. I can't change anything there even if I wanted to. Why I can't delete a brand new resource without an error is beyond me.
I created a totally new Admin user, same issue when trying to delete a brand new resource - the pop up says "You do not have the correct permissions for this resource". There is something very funky going on in these Evo 3 roles / permissions.

Things.Just.Worked in 1.4.X.
I am with @MrB from an another thread, Evo 3 feels a little beta... so many little quirks after migrating my 1.4.15 site. I'm putting out fires everywhere for things that should (from a user's perspective) work consistently between the 2 versions.

Anyone else having permissions issue when deleting resources as an Administrator?
I also just tested my Publisher role with an existing test user... this error is even worse, the user cannot even access a resource (they can edit chunks fyi). The error here is different...

Not sure if relevant but yesterday I changed the table prefix in phpMyAdmin. Could that have affected the Publisher user somehow?
I am at a loss and these kind of high level error issues of things that should just work are beyond me. Any ideas?
