What system will replace Quick Manager +?

Hello!
I used MODX from time to time.
At that time, I thought it would be convenient to use "Quick Manager +".
It doesn't seem to be very popular with EvoCMS.
Is there a similar system like Quick Manager + that is easy for end users to use?
