How to create Date of Birth Style Template variable ?

How to create (Date of Birth) style template variable ?
Eg , Date range start from current year -10 and end from current year -90.

I want to set date range for date of birth template variable like between current date - 10 year and last 60 year.

I think that would be a custom TV field. Maybe someone else knows how to do this.
